Dünyanın neresinde bir savaş veya çatışma çıkarsa çıksın, yaşanan acının en büyük yükünü her zaman çocuklar, kadınlar ve savunmasız siviller taşıyor. Savaşların gerçek yüzü; yıkılmış evler, kaybedilmiş hayatlar ve geride kalan sessiz çığlıklarla ortaya çıkıyor. Her kurşun, her bomba aslında bir masumun hayatına mal oluyor.
Bu dramatik tablo karşısında insan haklarını ve buna bağlı olarak yaşam hakkını korumak, barışı tesis etmek ve adaleti sağlamak amacıyla kurulduğu iddia edilen uluslararası kuruluşlar ise derin bir sessizlik içinde. Birleşmiş Milletler (BM), NATO ve Avrupa Birliği (AB) gibi yapılar, her kriz anında ya tarafsızlık bahanesine sığınıyor ya da sessizlikleriyle zalimin safında yer alıyor. Daha okul sıralarındayken adını öğrendiğimiz bu kuruluşların insanlık ve adalet için çalıştığını düşündük ama çok geçmeden acı gerçeklerle bunun böyle olmadığını öğrendik.
Bu tutum, yalnızca bir kayıtsızlık değil; apaçık bir ikiyüzlülük ve sistematik bir menfaat politikasının yansımasıdır. Sözde barış için kurulmuş bu yapılar, hiçbir zaman mazlumun yanında olmamış, yalnızca kendi çıkarları doğrultusunda hareket etmişlerdir. Yaşam hakkı ihlal edilirken, hastaneler ve okullar bombalanırken, bebekler ve çocuklar katledilirken bu kuruluşların tepkisizliği aslında gerçek yüzlerini ortaya koymaktadır.
Bugün artık insan hakları kavramı; içi boşaltılmış, sadece uluslararası seminerlerde veya akademik platformlarda gelişigüzel kullanılan, pratikte ise hiçbir karşılığı kalmamış bir söylem haline gelmiştir. Bütün dünyanın gözü önünde yaşanan gerçekler, bu kavramların kağıt üzerinde kaldığını açıkça göstermektedir.
Uluslararası toplumun bu suskunluğu, onların kuruluş amaçlarının insanlık değil, güç ve menfaat üzerine kurulu olduğunu göstermektedir. Her geçen gün adalet biraz daha sessizleşirken, vicdanlar körelmekte, hukuk ise işlevsiz hale getirilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Hukukun gücü değil gücün hukuku uygulanmaya çalışılmaktadır. İnsan var olduğundan beri dünyaya sığamamıştır ve sahip olduğu bir avuç toprağı genişletmek uğruna her çeşit hukuksuzluğu yapmıştır ve kendince bunu meşrulaştırmaya ve yasal zemine oturtmaya çalışmıştır.
Bugün yaşadığımız dünya, belki de insanlık tarihinin en karanlık dönemlerinden birini yaşamaktadır. Çünkü zulüm karşısında susan her yapı, her kurum, her insan; adaletin çöküşüne katkı sağlamaktadır ve hukukun üstünlüğü kavramını arka plana itmektedir. Yapılan haksızlık ve zulümlere karşı sesini çıkarmayan insanlık kendi sonunu hızla hazırlamaktadır.
Kaybeden sadece mazlumlar değil, insanlıktır.

Innocents Die, the World Remains Silent: The Hypocrisy of International Organizations
Wherever in the world a war or conflict erupts, it is always the children, women, and defenseless civilians who bear the heaviest burden of pain. The true face of war is revealed through destroyed homes, lost lives, and the silent screams that linger in the aftermath. Every bullet, every bomb, ultimately claims the life of an innocent person.
In the face of this tragic reality, international organizations that claim to have been established to protect human rights—and with them, the right to life—to establish peace and ensure justice, remain in deep silence. Institutions such as the United Nations (UN), NATO, and the European Union (EU) either hide behind a façade of neutrality in every moment of crisis or, through their silence, stand on the side of the oppressor. We learned the names of these institutions back in our school years, believing they existed to defend humanity and justice. But before long, we were met with the harsh truth: this is far from the case.
This stance is not mere indifference—it is a blatant hypocrisy and the reflection of a systematic policy of self-interest. These so-called peacekeeping organizations have never truly stood with the oppressed; they have always acted in line with their own agendas. While the right to life is being violated, while hospitals and schools are being bombed, while babies and children are being slaughtered, the indifference of these institutions exposes their true nature.
Today, the concept of human rights has become hollow—nothing more than a term casually thrown around in international seminars or academic settings, with no real application in practice. The brutal realities unfolding before the world’s eyes prove that these principles remain confined to paper.
The silence of the international community reveals that these organizations were never founded on the basis of humanity, but on power and self-interest. With each passing day, justice grows quieter, consciences become more numb, and the law is systematically rendered ineffective. It is not the rule of law that prevails, but the law of the powerful. Since the dawn of humankind, man has never been able to contain himself within the boundaries of the world. For the sake of expanding a handful of land, he has committed every kind of injustice—and attempted to legitimize it, placing it on a supposed legal foundation.
The world we live in today may well be witnessing one of the darkest periods in human history. Every institution, every structure, every individual that remains silent in the face of oppression contributes to the collapse of justice and pushes the principle of the rule of law to the background. Humanity, in failing to raise its voice against injustice and tyranny, is accelerating its own end. It is not only the oppressed who are losing—but all of humanity.

Des Innocents Meurent, le Monde Reste Silencieux : L’Hypocrisie des Organisations Internationales
Peu importe où une guerre ou un conflit éclate dans le monde, ce sont toujours les enfants, les femmes et les civils sans défense qui portent le poids le plus lourd de la souffrance. Le vrai visage de la guerre se manifeste à travers des maisons détruites, des vies perdues et des cris silencieux laissés derrière. Chaque balle, chaque bombe coûte en réalité la vie d’un innocent.
Face à ce tableau dramatique, les organisations internationales qui prétendent avoir été créées pour protéger les droits de l’homme — et par extension le droit à la vie —, pour établir la paix et garantir la justice, gardent un silence profond. Des institutions comme les Nations Unies (ONU), l’OTAN ou l’Union européenne (UE) se réfugient derrière une soi-disant neutralité à chaque crise, ou bien, par leur silence, se rangent du côté des oppresseurs. Dès les bancs de l’école, nous avons appris leurs noms, pensant qu’elles œuvraient pour l’humanité et la justice. Mais nous avons rapidement compris, à travers des réalités douloureuses, qu’il n’en était rien.
Cette attitude n’est pas seulement une indifférence ; elle est le reflet d’une hypocrisie flagrante et d’une politique d’intérêt systématique. Ces structures prétendument fondées pour la paix n’ont jamais été aux côtés des opprimés ; elles ont toujours agi en fonction de leurs propres intérêts. Alors que le droit à la vie est violé, que des hôpitaux et des écoles sont bombardés, que des bébés et des enfants sont massacrés, leur inaction révèle leur véritable visage.
Aujourd’hui, la notion de droits de l’homme est devenue une coquille vide — un concept utilisé de manière superficielle dans les séminaires internationaux ou les milieux académiques, sans aucune portée concrète dans la réalité. Les faits qui se déroulent sous les yeux du monde entier prouvent clairement que ces principes ne restent que des mots sur le papier.
Le silence de la communauté internationale démontre que ces structures n’ont jamais été fondées au nom de l’humanité, mais sur la base du pouvoir et des intérêts. Chaque jour, la justice se tait un peu plus, les consciences s’endurcissent, et le droit est rendu inefficace. Ce n’est plus la force du droit qui prévaut, mais le droit du plus fort. Depuis toujours, l’homme n’a jamais su se contenter de ce que le monde pouvait lui offrir ; pour élargir une poignée de terre, il a commis toutes sortes d’injustices et tenté de les justifier en leur donnant une légitimité juridique.
Le monde dans lequel nous vivons traverse peut-être l’une des périodes les plus sombres de l’histoire de l’humanité. Toute structure, tout organe, tout être humain qui reste silencieux face à l’oppression contribue à l’effondrement de la justice et relègue au second plan la notion de primauté du droit. L’humanité, en refusant d’élever la voix contre l’injustice et la cruauté, prépare rapidement sa propre fin. Les perdants ne sont pas seulement les opprimés, mais l’humanité tout entière.
